We believe money mastering and money control is achievable for everyone with the proper tools, which is where we come in. Our coaching programs give each client personalized individual coaching with a one-on-one coach that will help guide them on their journey to financial freedom.

Meet Del Shawn, Master Financial Coach

Del Shawn Hayes is a Certified Financial Education Instructor, Financial Coach, Faith, and Finance Speaker, and Author that understands and appreciates that everything we have belongs to God including our financial resources.

She holds a Bachelor's of Science majoring in Accounting. She has attended and completed the Dave Ramsey's* Financial Coaching Master Series in 2015. In 2018 CFEI graduated from the National Financial Educators Council and in 2020 she became a Certified Notary Signing Agent.

After overcoming her own financial hardships from a substantial amount of consumer debt, car repossession to borrowing from payday loans to make ends meet she began her mission to help everyone to improve their money management. Feeling like a failure and embarrassed with financial shame when we ask how did she survive......her only reply was by the grace of God and the real transformation was when she read Romans 13:8 Owe no man anything, but to love one another.

The impact of Roman 13:8 Del Shawn began putting in the work and taking complete control over finances and became to destroy all consumer debt and the result increase her credit score to over 800 with one tool which was her Budget aka Bud. During her transformation she created a four core financial systems: Belief, Budgeting, Boundaries, and Bank Account where she now share with others.

She is known on social media as the woman who is a Budget Guru and a Debt Slayer. Her love for teaching and education comes naturally to all ages when it comes to personal finance. Everyone she comes in contact with is now a Money Controller. A Money Controller is someone who spends with intentions and save on purpose..
